The short version
- Your test answers never leave your device.
- When you calculate a score, we store only that number and which test it belongs to.
- We don't require accounts, and we don't sell personal data.
Information we collect
Test scores
When you press "Calculate my score", your browser sends your final score (a number from 0 to 100) and the test name to our server. We use these anonymous numbers to show averages and comparisons. To prevent the same visitor from being counted repeatedly, we store a one-way, salted fingerprint of the connection for a short period. It can't be reversed into your IP address and isn't linked to any other data.
Contact form
If you send us a message, we store the name, email address and message you provide so we can reply. We delete messages when they are no longer needed.
Browser storage
We use your browser's local storage to remember your light/dark theme preference, and session storage to keep your unfinished answers if you accidentally reload the page. This data never leaves your device and is cleared when you close the tab or clear your browser data.
Server logs and analytics
Like nearly every website, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting. If we add a privacy-friendly analytics tool, we'll list it here.
Cookies
The public website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Administrators who log in to manage the site receive a session cookie that is strictly necessary for the admin panel.
Sharing
We don't sell, rent or trade personal information. We may disclose information only if required by law.
Children
The classic test is intended for ages 17 and up. Our Teen and Clean tests contain no mature content. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The test itself collects none.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, under GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access or delete personal data we hold about you. Because test scores are anonymous, we cannot identify them. For contact-form messages, write to us via the contact page.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
